In view of the recommendations and decisions of the special exchange meeting of Darul Ihsan University officials and coordinators of 29 campuses for the implementation of academic, administrative and related official activities of the students passed out from Darul Ihsan University (up to 13.04.2016)It was decided to form the Board of Directors consisting of:
1) Registrar- Professor Dr. Mostafizur Rahman (Artist, Former Founder Trustee – Shant Maryam University, Former Registrar – Queen’s University, Former Director – Atish Dipankar University).
2) Controller of Examination – Professor Kazi Taufiqur Rahman (Former Principal and Professor – Jaipurhat Government College).
3) Dean, Faculty of Religion – Professor Dr. Masum Billah.

4) Finance and Accounts Director-Shahina Yasmin (Bangladeshi expatriate, Canada).

5) Planning and Development Director-MA Rashid Khan (Former Joint Secretary-Ministry of Finance, Former Treasurer appointed by the Chancellor-Khaja University and Darul Ihsan University).
